Press Release The Island Run, promoted by Balance fitness and sponsored by Hooper Dolan and Ulster Bank, takes place at Waterford Castle on Sunday August 10th at 1pm. This is the sixth running of this unique 5km event which is suitable for all runners, from the competitive looking to win top prizes right through to those starting off.
There is music, a BBQ, kids entertainment and the challenging 5km run on the day which means there is something for everyone on the stunning island at Waterford Castle Hotel and Golf Resort.
