Irish Runner Paced Mile Series ALSAA, Dublin

Get your New Year off to a great start by taking part in the series of ‘Irish Runner Paced Miles’ on the ALSAA track, starting on Wednesday evening January 18th These popular Irish Runner/Paced Miles are suitable for runners of all abilities and every level of fitness. The Paced Mile challenge offers ample targets and barriers to tackle, whether it’s a 12 minute mile of a Sub-5 Minute effort

Paed miles will take place at the ALSAA Track on 

January 18th, February 22nd, March 22nd & April 19th

When you see an improvement in your Mile time, you will soon find that your PB for other distances will also improve.

All four Irish Runner/ Pace Miles Promotions will start at 7pm with a Q&A and warm up session held indoors, with the paced miles commencing at 8pm on the Floodlit outoor track

Registration will also be available on the night, but early online registration is encouraged
