Registration includes a technical running tee shirt (Sponsored by Super Vale, Gallagher Quigley and Challenge Insurance Brokers). Chip Timed event.
The scenic route is a challenging 10km course, commencing at St Fintans Church, Sutton, going all the way up Carrickbrack Road, right at the Summit Shop, right again onto Baily Green Road and up to the Summit Car Park (turnaround and aid/water station) and then back down on the same route.
There will be water station at the turnaround, water and bananas at the finish line, along with tea, coffee and biscuits back at the rugby club.
Prizes for 1,2,3 M&F and age group prizes.
The event is limited to 500.
