Hi there, I have completed 11 marathons with my best being 3.18. I have never completed or even attempted an Ultra but feel at the age of 45 that I should give it a go.
I would be grateful for any training tips for this event.

Many thanks in advance

Andy Payne

You can change to another event, or defer until next year, up until March 1st, by emailing us at info@connemarathon.com.
After that it's too late for losgistical reasons.
