Seb,
Firstly, thank you again for organising these events,
Will there be the same swim start as last year (single wave from the marina)
It says wetsuit recommended, but a friend of mine is an open water swimmer and doesn't want to wear one, is that a problem?

I am a wee old fassion for triathlon, in my time (even if I am still very young) when I started, what brought me to the sports was this fantastic wave of people.....like they do in Ironman triathlon and still in ome of teh most famous event.

We might start after the marina to avoid the bottle neck effect. Wetsuit is not compulsory, if you a good swimmer like me, wetsuit can be annoying for such a short distance. But if you are a beginner or inexperience please wear it for safety !

You all need to wear the same cap that we can see you in the water, so no dark cap !

Seb,
Would it be possible to get a copy of the route for the triathalon in Portumna and Athleague. I did not do it last year and am not sure where the start is for either. Is there an information pack on email or something available??
