Thanks for your help and advice this evening in Salthill, don't know where you get your enthusiasm. Still gagging after the sea water but enjoyed it none the less. Have to say I did find it tougher swimming in the sea but hopefully I will get used to it a little before May 23rd. See you next week.

Last night was just Fabulous !

- we swam 3 laps of a 200m lap
- cycle the full 20km up to Furbo beach
- run 3km

The weather was fantastic, we worked on
- Turning around the buoys
- Cycle in a group (well the girls did :-)
- take off the wetsuit
- breath on the side while swimming, no head up !!!!!
- Signaling cars of your intention, with strong hands signs
- running without showing with relax shoulder, and correct some foot position

And off course we had some craic......

went along to sebs tri training at salthill, found the swimming difficult, but i'm new to the wetsuit, very good for beginners, this has now motivated me further to train more for the ocean triathon, i have never attempted this before. seb has good tips.
