COPE OCEAN RACE TRIATHLON
Hi Guys,
Thank you for taking part in the COPE OCEAN RACE TRIATHLON, Thank you to all the participants and over 70 volunteers.
We missed the weather of a few hours and hope you all had a great experience.

I hope to see you next year.
Hi Seb!
Really enjoyed the cope triathlon and would love it to be a yearly event. Swim conditions were great ( a bit on the long side perhaps?) but enjoyable non the less. Bike route was lovely but the traffic was a nightmare and brought several cyclists to a standstill, this didn't make much difference to me but for the faster cyclists it would. The run was lovely and all the volunteers and marshals were great. A big thankyou!

Hi all,
To the girl who lost her keys on Saturday, someone has emailed us to say that they have them, so if you email us info @ runireland.com we will sort it out for you.
Also a few bits in lost and found mainly shoes/flip flops/ t-shirt, if anyone wants them back drop us a line.
Cheers
Enjoyed Saturdays Triathlon, traffic was tough on the cycle and the swim was a bit longer than expected but the atmosphere ,Volunteers and crowd easily made up for it. Really enjoyable experience and weel done to all.
Any news yet on the 25.5 series .

Hi All,
Thanks to all who took part in our inaugural COPE Galway Ocean Racet.
Hopefully everybody enjoyed the event. We were unlucky with the weather but hopefully this didn't detract too much from peoples enjoyment.
We will be sitting down over the coming weeks to review this years event in preparation for next years race. We would welcome all your feedback, either good or bad as it will help us in preparing for next years event.
Thank you to Sargent Karen Maloney and Sargent Frank Larkin and the Gardai at Salthill who helped make the event safe for all the cyclists.
Thank you to Galway Bay hotel for providing the registration facilities.
Thank you to Seb, Ray and Angela and their team at Run Ireland for organising the event on our behalf.
A very special thank you to all our volunters who helped out on the day. You were fantastic and we really appreciate it you coming out on such a horrible morning.
We look forward to seeing you all next year.
