COPE galway Triathlon

Hi,
 
Could someone please give me a general course layout of this Tri ? (as its my first.)
- Where does the swim start and end ?
- Where does the cycle start and end ?
- Where does the run start and end ?
 
And of course any helpful tips for a tri-newbie like myself  :)

Hi Brendan,

If you "search" on the site you will find last year information pack and other usefull information.

You will be fine, we also usually have a training group one evening a week for the craic in Galway.... will post more when the sun will give us a bit a time to train in the evening :-)

This year is going to be much better, cheaper with better quality, and we read all the feedback received and will do our best to get most of them done :

- prizes ceremony, traffic management, No christening on the day etc...... and I will put the buoys very early, which was my mistake really when my boat trailer broke on the way in the morning :-(

And off course a much better weather, so I booked it in advance :-)

Funny part was that the weather after was absolutly brilliant ! And it is definetly for a good cause.
