Sorry missed this one.

We merge the forum to make it more consitent and developing one communoty instaed of small groups. I t allow to share experience. For example an Ironman Triathlete is a ultra athlete and a ultra runner can help them along in term of nutrition etc....

Ultra Swimmers like me can help runners regarding runners injuires which instaed of loosing fitness can do some good workout in the water.

I am sure you see my point.

Runireland aim is to build one communoty, from short distance to ultra and runners to triathletes etc....
