Sports Science Research : mileage, intensity vs performance
We all know the hardest trainer is not always the fastest. Sports is not always fair that way
I am looking some data to compare people mileage and intensity vs their performance in that format :
- I run 40km a week : 1x10km LOW / 3x5km VERY HIGH / 1x15km Medium and compete in Marathon in 4h
Intensity rating : Low / Medium / High / Very High
Anybody out there want to do give some honest feedback to the community woudl be greatly appreciated.
