After all the negative press about trainers causing more injuries than high heels and running being bad for the joints, here's a great piece of research that shows that those who run regularly can expect 25percent less pain and less osteoarthritis. Yippee!!! The key to the research is that it must be regular running so those who run for a while and then give up - ie. myself! - aren't going to get the benefits.
