where abouts in Dublin and what times suit you am trying some off road marathons so it would be useful if times and places could be matched up, yvonne

 live in churchtown run in pheonix park can run any morning at sunrise 9am sat sunday can occationally do a midweek afternoon run or evenings as it brightens, joe

Hi Joe I live in Goery but it would probally take me the same time to get to the park as you!  At the moment sat morn is probally only day that seems to suit both of us as I row on sundays and I could probally do some evenings or afternoons and would defo be interested in sunrise runs depending on how the other half is working.  Have to warn you though I really amnt a fast runner so you'd probally have to think about that.  I'll leave it with you to think about it and you can let me know, yvonne
