Am thinking of entering the craughwell 10 mile but have noticed it's 500 entries only.
I'm a novice but capable of 10 miles. But is this going to be for more experienced and faster runners??

It would be a great prelude to connemara.

Hi BlulLou,

There will be an even number of people walking it, jogging it, running it and racing it! :-)

We chose the date and distance partially to make it a good build up to Connemara. 2/3 of our organising committee are Fit4Life members so this will be reflected in the race.

The hope is to have a crowd similar to the Galway 5k series where we have predominately a fun run for athletes of all ages and ability with a good representation at the very front by elites from Galway and other clubs.

I hope you can make it!

Hey, I haven't gotten any further info about the run. When and where do we register etc????

Route map is here http://www.mapmyrun.com/view_route?r=307126002270523561
The race HQ is on in Craughwell N.S which is also where the finish line is, so your best bet would be to head there I think.
