Hi. Could anyone reccommend a good training program for a 10k run. Have done some 10k runs (taking anywhere between 60-70mins) - would like to aim for under the hour mark....here's hoping .......

Just saw this again, are you a 10k beginner, intermediate or advanced? i.e. what kind of PB for 10k do you currently have?
Hi, not great but 1hour 4 was my best so far. But have really drifted away from training over the winter months, so I couldnt imagine what it could take me now :-)
