Start/Finish: Claycastle Beach Car Park, Youghal, East Cork.

750m Swim, 19 km Cycle, 6.5km Run.

Souvenir Polo Shirts for all entrants.

Refreshments available after the race

Entry Fee: €75 per Relay Team,
Entry Fee:€35 I.T.A member,€50 Non Members.

Registration at Aura Leisure Centre, Youghal on July 17th from 7pm to 9pm.
Registration on the day from 8:30am to 10:30am at Transition Area.

Hardshell Helmets MUST be worn during the Cycle section of the Event.
Wetsuits MUST be worn during Swim Section of the Event.
