Taking Action on Cancer - Taking Steps to Reduce the Risk of Cancer is a not for profit charity event that we began in October 2009 (all proceeds raised this year will be for the Irish Cancer Society - to assist with patient support).
Your diet & lifestyle can greatly reduce your risk factors associated with cancer - so let's get active. Last year we had 400+ walkers, this year we want to increase this.This event is a fun event to encourage everybody of all abilities to come and be active. Everybody is welcome & sponsorship cards are available.
The Walk will commense at 2pm from the Deer Park Hotel, Howth, Co. Dublin and the Run will commense at 3pm. Please arrive by 1pm to ensure you have time to register.

Suitable: Families (Children, Prams & Dogs on leash), Walkers, Joggers, Runners
After your Walk / Run join us for Music and Fun at the Deer Park Hotel. Light Refreshments and Spot Prizes to be awarded.
