Maree 8k Run and Fun Walk with Amphibian King

The course is the same officially measured one as in previous years. AAI permit is being applied for. Prizes for first and second senior men , first and second senior women, first man over forty first woman over forty .Junior 1st and 2nd. The run follows a circuit from the Maree Community Centre out onto Galway Bay down the Tawin penisula and back to the community centre, rolling and accurately measured The Maree 8k Run & Fun Walk will take place in the scenic surrounds of Maree, Oranmore, Co Gaway. Funds raised in the event will be used to develop local sporting facilities. The race is being organised by the Maree Development Organisation .It is open to runners and walkers of all ages.
