Humpty Dumpty Duathlon

The Humpty Dumpty Duathlon takes place on Saturday Oct 29th, 2011 in Kenmare town. It starts with a rolling Tour de France style circuit of the town then heads to the hills for a 40km cycle. The run then covers a 6km route with a finish in town where delicious hot food will be served to all entrants. Everyone is welcome from first timers to elite with prizes for 1,2,3 M/F and recognition of all young competitors. It is a great fun event that will take you out of your comfort zone and give you a great sense of achievement on completion.
