Gabriel 10

The Gabriel 10 mile road race is a new race starting from the vibrant picturesque seaside village of Schull in West Cork. Schull is at the foothill of Mt Gabriel, whose skyline is dominated by the two 'golf balls' near the summit, which are actually radar domes. The race will start from the village and it will loop around on country lanes to the far side of Mt Gabriel, bring runners over the gap between the hills before finishing with a steady descent back to Schull. Proceeds from the race will go towards the Schull Community Inshore Rescue Service.
