400m Swim or 800m Kayak,  10k Mountain Bike,  5k Run
The 400m  swim and kayak course is in Carlingford Lough. The 10k mountain bike course is located on Slieve Foy mountain on the out skirts of the picturesque village of Carlingford. The 5k forest/trail/road run follows part of the same MTB course without the technical single track trails.
Kayak option available (Non-Swimmers welcome)
