Setanta Tri are proud to host one of Irelands fastest and most scenic Olympic Distance Triathlons again this year in the medievil village of Carlingford Co. Louth.
 
Race Route - The Swim 1.5km
The Swim is two laps of a 750 meter course in front of Carlingford Sailing Club
Race Route - The Cycle 40km
The Cycle is 2 laps of a "mostly" flat course. Once you leave transition its straight out the road to Greenore for a turnaround, from then its out to lordship for another turnaround taking in a few small inclines, back to Greenore, and then complete this loop again, before returning to carlingford and transition.
 
 Race Route - The Run 10km
All Flat, straight out and back 5km to Greenore and 5 km back, a nice easy finish to your race!
