€15 race entry only available online at www.runireland.com No registration will be available on the day of race, so book early to avoid disappointment. As this is a Triathlon Ireland affliliated race, a triathlon ireland licence or one day licence must be shown at registration. Also only one licence is required for a relay team. Entry is available to anyone aged 16 years and over.

Race information
Clonakilty Triathlon Club present Clonakilty Duathlon, 19th September 2010. This is a Triathlon Ireland affiliated sprint distance duathlon. The 3km run-20km cycle-3km run is being run on one of the most scenic locations in Ireland. Entry is only €15 and registration is now open. Pre-registration for the event is required, so to avoid disappointment book early.
Day of the race information
Registration and transition area for the duathlon will be at The Waterfront Development (old Clonakilty GAA grounds), Bypass Clonakilty. Access to this area will be located across from Spar on the Bypass. Registration for the event on the day will start from 8:30am in the transition area and finish at 9:50am sharp. Please ensure that you have you Triathlon Ireland licence or one day licence purchased prior to the event of you will not be able to race. Compulsory race briefing will take place at 10am The race will commence at 10:30am sharp at the bottom pitch of the old Clonakilty GAA grounds.
Race course details
The race distances are 3km run-20km cycle-3km run 20km cycle. Routes are outlined below. The transition area for the event will be at The Waterfront Develpoment (the old Clonakilty GAA grounds), opposite Spar.

Prizes
Prizes of €100, €75 and €50 will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd males and female finishers.
