The 'MACE' Blackrock Sprint Triathlon will again take place in the picturesque village of Blackrock, Co. Louth
This fun event will incorporate a beach start for the swim section of 500m (triangle route, Blackrock sea-front) followed by 18km cycle (village, Green Gates, Castlebellingham, returning to Blackrock) and 6km run (Towards Dundalk, left Rock Road, Old Golflinks Rd, Dublin Rd, Green Gates, back to the village. 
This is an ideal tri. for beginners and seasoned triathletes alike, as you should not be out of your depth during the swim.
Entry is €36 for an individual entry.
Relay entry of €60 per team, team to consist of 2 -3 individuals per team.
Registration Desk will be open from 7 - 9pm on the Friday 1st and from 9- 10.00am Saturday. Setanta Tri members and competitors living nearby are asked to register on the Friday evening.
  Post race food served at 11am
