The Event

The Achill 10K will follow the roads around Keel and the Deserted Village before finishing with an exciting run along the sands of Keel Strand. Expect deserted roads, fantastic scenery and a run to the finish line along one of the best beaches in Ireland. This event is set to be one of the best 10k events in Ireland.

Friday 4 May - Registration -  7.00pm - 9.00pm
Location - Annexe Bar, Keel, Achill Island, Ireland
 
Saturday 5 May - Registration Starts – 8.00am
Location – Sandybanks, Keel, Achill Island, Ireland
 
Race Start Time
Start Time – 12.00pm
 
Entry Fee & What’s Included
The entry fee for the Achill 10k will be €20.00pp. Entry on the day will be €25.00pp
Chip timed by Champion Chip Ireland
Water Stations (X2) – Water and Fruit (oranges & bananas)
Finishers medal & 26 Extreme Bufff (rrp €15.00) or all participants

Car Parking
Parking will be clearly signposted on the day of the event – please do not block any gateways or driveways by parking irresponsibly. The people on Achill have welcomed this event onto their Island and everyone should be courteous to the people and show respect towards their property.
Post Race
Post Race Banter, light headed fun and raffle will be in the Annexe Bar, Keel, Achill Island.
