Laochra Árainn Triathlon

This is a new triathlon which is to take place on Árainn Mhór Island, Co. Donegal on the 2nd May. The event is a modified sprint triathlon 750m swim, 11.5 km cycle and 5 km run. The island is hilly which will make it a challenge to even the most seasoned triathlete.
