Given the past success of previous Duathlons, Tri Limits have another one planned. This duathlon will take place at Mid Ulster Sports Arena, at Loughry College. Founded in May 2004, is a state of the art outdoor sports facility, having over £2.5 Million investment to make it a superb venue for many an event. The sports arena itself is situated just outside Cookstown on the Tullywiggan Road.

The race will consist of 2.5 Mile Run, 10 Mile Bike and another 2.5 Mile Run to finish. The run will be on the path around the College facilities. The transition will take place in the car park leading to a 2 lap bike course on the roads. The bike course will be a fast and flat affair coming back in to the same run course.
