Sebastien studied Sport and Science, Psychology. He has coached national athletes to international athletes; From World triathlon championship and european or world cup, to 100km ultra running world and european championship current 2012 high performance swimmers.

Sebastien coaching ability differs from other coaches; he is one of the rare talented Coach being able to coach athletes to a high standard in a few different sports. He also wrote and delivered the first accredited Level 1 Triathlon coaching course in Ireland. Sebastien only train a small amount of athletes every year, do seminars and club coaching session in swimming, triathlon and running. He also the man behind runireland.com
